How do I place and order?
You can place an order in a variety of ways.
There are some items for sale in our on-line store page. There you can order a stock or basic custom sign or other items.
You can also fill in the form on our Contact Page if you don't see just what you're looking for.
Finally, you can also call, or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with any ideas or specifications and we can discuss or meet with you to start the design process.
Do you accept returns or refunds?
As most of our items are custom, and made to order, we do not accept returns or refunds except where custom routing/engraving is our error and deviates from the computerized proof that we provide for a custom job.
How long will it take to complete my order?
It really depends on the size and complexity of the order.
We will do our best to meet any specific deadline you have and will also give an estimate on how long the order will take to complete.
A small, 5x20" sign with routed wording and no images may take a week or two to complete. However, a larger 16x30" sign, made out of harder to find wood species and heavily detailed routing and paint could take three weeks or more.
Do you have a showroom?
No, we do not. However, we do participate in various craft shows and flea markets throughout the year, which we do announce on our social media pages.
